How do I renew or change my subscription plan?

Go into profile, then account, then make necessary changes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go into your profile, then account, then click cancel under my memberships.

How can I only see matches close to me?

Enter your search radius in the filter above the matches.

How can I see the date(s) I have saved?

Your saved date(s) will be under your “my availability” tab.

How do I check the status of my request?

You can check your status in real time under your “Bookings” tab. You will be notified by email of any change in status.

Can I request date(s) that were not saved in my calendar?

Yes, you can request any date(s) that appear in the “Book Now” calendar of a hospital or doctor.

How do I browse available dates?

Click on “Book Now” under Doctors or Hospitals to view available dates. (Set desired radius in filter)

How do I confirm or decline a booking request?

Go into your notifications and either confirm or make unavailable a request. The confirmed date(s) will no longer show in your calendar.
